There is a lot of bad and even harmful information out there about how to lose weight. Dr. May and health coach Jeff Hull garner their years as personal trainers and extensive education in medical nutrition to provide you with safe and effective methods to lose the weight and keep it off. This isn’t a “lose weight quick” program.

Here are a few aspects of the program:

  • Education in foundational healthy habits (diet, exercise, sleep, stress)

  • Food sensitivity testing

  • Genetic testing to help format an individualized nutrition and exercise program

  • Close accountability with our custom app to track your diet and activity, with access to messaging our health coach with questions along the way

  • Individualized supplement regimen
